Happy equinox! We celebrated the first day of Spring by talking about seeds and eating watermelon. Yum.
How a seed turns into a watermelon was our curriculum for the day. Many interesting videos were watched, and a trip to the garden was scheduled for the weekend.
Even the little taco joined in the festivities. Turns out the rind is extra tasty. Who knew?
